So I just blended this in my ninjablenders & holy cow!! Cauliflower Parmesan Who says you can only make parmesan with chicken? Not me. I'll list the points for the ingredients I used and you can choose what you'll eat. You could eat this entire meal alone for 6sp. I love making my own breadcrumbs with my favorite italian reduced calorie bread. Just toast in toaster, let cool and blend in food processor or high powered blender. Add 3 tsp parm cheese. 1sp (Kraft) 1tsp gran garlic and onion. Salt & pepp. 1T italian seasonings Pulse a few times and put in shallow plate. In another shallow bowl, make an egg wash with 1 egg, 1 egg white and 2T water. Set aside. Set oven to around 425°. Cut a large cauliflower head into slices so they are flat. Do the best you can. If the are not big, that's ok. They will still taste great. Dip in egg wash then in breadcrumbs. Lay flat on lined cookie sheet with cooking spray and spray on top also. Bake for 30 minutes, flip, bake another 10 minutes. I added 0sp marinara and 1 1/4 oz of sargentocheese off the block mozz 3sp Bake another 5 min to melt the cheese and get the sauce hot. I tossed the remaining cauli in a bowl with the leftover breadcrumbs, spray, same seasonings and roasted them at the same time. I threw a couple of mini portabello mushrooms in the mix with summer squash. Those mushrooms were the 💣. Let me know if you have questions. Made a breakfast scramble this morning. I had left over homemade hash browns from supper last night. (3sp) I threw in a couple slices of Lou’s back bacon (1sp) and a couple of eggs (0sp) green onion (0sp). Hallo 👋 da ich es Euch versprochen habe 😜 rezept kürbis apfel marmelade zutaten 1 kg Hokkaiko Kürbis 1/2 kg Äpfel 1 P (330g) Xylit oder Erythrit Gelierhilfe 3/1 2 Bio Zirtonen 1 P Vanillezucker (2) 1 Stange Zimt zubereitung Äpfel schälen und entkernen. Kürbis, falls nötig schälen (ich ließ ihn eigentlich ganz bis auf kleine unschöne Stellen) und entkernen. Beides grob würfeln. Die Würfel mit ca 1 L Wasser , Saft einer Zitrone und der Zimtstange ca 10 Minuten weichkochen. Restliches Wasser abgießen, Zimtstange entfernen und pürieren. Dann 400ml Wasser wieder dazugeben (dann wird die Marmelade richtig sämig, sonst wäre sie mir persönlich zu fest gewesen), Gelierzucker, Vanillezucker und Saft der 2. Zitrone dazugeben und einkochen. Gelierprobe machen! Dann in vorbereitete Gläser füllen und sofort verschließen. Bei mir waren es 12 Stück á ca 250 ml. neuesRezept Och man ich hatte gerade den ganzen Text geschrieben und nun ist der Weg 😭 Mit Kind gehts ja auch nicht wirklich schnell nen Beitrag zu verfassen 🙄😢 naja Nudeln Wikinger Art Ich habe mich vom Wikinger Topf inspirieren lassen, aber keine Fleischbällchen gemacht, denn sonst hätte ich die Hähnchenbrust erst noch wolfen müssen und dazu hatte ich keine Lust 😅 Eine Portion hat 9 SP smartpointsww Was braucht ihr (4 Portionen) 🔸️500g Hähnchenbrust 🔸️250g trockene Dinkellinguinie 🔸️200ml Brühe 🔸️300ml Milch (1,5%) 🔸️2 EL Mehl 🔸️2 TL Öl 🔸️Salz 🔸️Pfeffer 🔸️Curry 🔸️Möhren 🔸️ Erbsen Bei den Möhren und Erbsen weiß ich leider nicht so genau die Menge, das habe ich nach Gefühl gemacht 🙈🤷🏼‍♀️ Zubereitung 🔸️Möhren schälen und in Scheiben schneiden, Fleisch waschen und würfeln, Zwiebel schälen und würfeln 🔸️Öl in eine hohe Pfanne geben und die Zwiebeln anschwitzen. Fleisch und Möhren zugeben und alles ca 5 Minuten braten. 🔸️Mit Brühe ablöschen und 10 - 15 Minuten köcheln lassen. 🔸️Nudeln nach Packungsanweisung in Salzwasser garen. 🔸️Erbsen in die Pfanne geben und weitere 5 Minuten mit köcheln lassen. Smiling because I just killed my favorite workout, shoulder intervals! Today is another 12+ hour day for me, but I am going to be more prepared than I was on Tuesday. I am going to bring an extra 0sp snack and more water to fuel me through tonight's training at WW. I will also weigh in tonight, as I didn't on Tuesday. I am curious to see if my efforts are paying off. If not, I know my body will catch up as long as I keep doing what I am doing. I feel amazing and that is what matters most in this journey. When I started, I was tired of feeling crappy. Sure I could have taken a supplement, some 'quick fix, etc, but I wanted sustainability. I didn't want something that would only work as long as I continued to take it. Cauliflower Mini Pizza Crusts I did a cauli pizza crust recipe post on August 2 and I have it in my highlights. Last time I started with fresh cauliflower. This time I used frozen cauliflower. It sure makes life easier. However, I think the fresh cauli made a better crust, as it was processed in the food processor more. Thinking I need to process the frozen one more. 🤷‍♀️ Here is what made up the points for the crust: 1.5 oz Sargento Reduced Mozz 3sp 2Tbl Red Star Nutritional Yeast. 1sp Plus.. 2 bags frozen cauliflower rice, defrosted and fluid squeezed out with clean towel. 1 egg Salt, pepper. Granulated garlic and onion and any spices you want. You're the boss. ☺️ Mix all ingredients. Form into one large pizza crust or minis. Bake at 400° for about 20 min. Remove from oven. Top with your favorite toppings and pop them back in oven for another 10 min. Make sure bottom is golden brown.
