Sneaking more veggies into your diet...⁣ ⁣ Eating enough vegetables, and a variety of vegetables, can be a real challenge. It’s easy to get stuck in a rut, rotating the same few varieties every day. It’s also tricky if you have fussy eaters in your family. ⁣ ⁣ One of my top tips is to be sneaky about it! Pick your main veggies for your meal, and then pick another one or two that you can chop up really small and add to it. ⁣ ⁣ For example, I often grate a courgette into saucy dishes, or chop up mushrooms into really small pieces so that they’re not noticeable (I don’t like mushrooms but they’re so nutritious, so this way I sort of trick myself into eating them)⁣ ⁣ I also shred dark leafy greens into lots of dishes - a lot of people don’t particularly like the bitter taste of these but they are powerhouses in terms of nutrient content so I include them in my diet every single day. I do actually enjoy them, but shredding them disguised the taste a bit for those who don’t like the taste or texture. ⁣ ⁣ When I make smoothies I add frozen vegetables to bulk up the plant power - quite understandably, a berry and banana smoothie sounds more appealing than one with cauliflower, broccoli or dark leafy greens, but if you freeze the veggies first, the flavour is masked. Teaming with a strong flavoured fruit like berries helps too. ⁣ ⁣ Do you have any tips for sneaking more veggies in??

Ben benieuwd of jullie deze ook zo lekker vinden 🥰 𝔸𝕡𝕡𝕖𝕝 𝕥𝕣𝕚𝕗𝕗𝕝𝕖 🍎🍏 Ingrediënten: 1 appel 200 tot 250 ml Griekse yoghurt (0%) snuf kaneel 1/2 schep JP+ complete vanille 1 eetlepel agavesiroop of honing 15 gram amandelen (grof gehakt) 15 gram pecannoten (grof gehakt) 2 eetlepels granola Bereiding Snijd de appel in blokjes en bak in een pannetje met de grofgehakte noten, 1 eetlepel agave of honing en een snufje kaneel. Meng ook de yoghurt met een flinke snuf kaneel en de complete vanille. Schep 1 eetlepel granola op de bodem van een potje of glaasje. Schep wat van de kaneel yoghurt er op. Verdeel dan nog 1 eetlepel granola en appel en noten stukjes er op. Maak daarna weer een laag van yoghurt en appel. Garneer de gezonde toetjes met wat kaneel.
