Hello fit fit friends 👋 . Today sisnakshare on how to make a smoothie. . Ppl are getting so hype up minum smoothie kan. But sis je hype down on this. Haha. Dulu dulu 5 tahun camtu I hooked up as well. Skrg kurang sgt because of ppl dont pay attention on what is the goal of having a smoothie. I can simply put nowadays ppl (most of them) drink smoothie just because its a hype thing. . Ok lets get back to basic. The goal of a smoothie is to nourish your body in an easy way (read: drink). Dont ask me what else to put in my smoothie. You should ask yourself what else I need to nourish my body. Taking into consideration your fitness level, your daily activities and your health condition. . Lemme give you 3 basic items you have to remember when making a smoothie. . Things to remember when making a smoothie. . One. A serving of veggies (spinach, cauliflowers, carrot, kale and zucchini are great options). So this is important item in your smoothie bcz u need fibers so much but you dont hv time to chew 🙄 . Second. A serving of some type of fruits (banana, apple, and any berries fruits are the bomb. I used to freeze the banana bcz it will make your smoothie thick. Yums!) . Third. Liquid (milk, coconut water, fresh juice). This depends on your body. . So that is all. If you want to put more, its up to you 😊 . Just remember, eat to nourish your body not to please the society 💕 . Basically it’s liquid pumpkin pie 🥧 with all the nutrition you need and none of the sugar you don’t!! 1/2 canned pumpkin (just pumpkin!!) 1/2 cup nancysyogurt plain (only yogurt I will use- ask me why!) 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice Optional- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower for extra veggie serving! I’m constantly working on finding balance between weekdays and weekends. A lot changed for me when I stopped seeing the weekend as a time to do everything in excess (eat, drink, sleep) and started treating Friday and Saturday like any other day/night of the week, even if you don’t have work the next morning. We all want a healthier choice when it comes to bread, right? This banana bread is definetily one of my favourites🍌 So many of you asked for the recipe, so here it is!! You’ll need: • 2 ripe bananas • 2 dl oats • 1 dl buckwheat flour • 1 dl seeds (choose the ones you like, I choosed pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds & flax seeds) • 2 tsp bicarbonate • 1 tsp salt • 2,5 dl natural yoghurt • 0,5 dl agave syrup or honey Blend all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mash the banana with agave/honey and yoghurt in another bowl. Then blend it all together and pour the batter into a prepared pan. Bake for about 45 min - 1 hour. Set aside and let it cool before you slice it up.. ✨
