Add in chocolate chips and mix well. • Line a parchment paper, scoop 2 tbspn balls of dough onto the parchmnt paper. • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a second cookie sheet with parchment paper. • Bake the cookies for 20 to 25 mins. • Let cool on the cookie at least 10 mins before removing. Serve!

Wow wow wow just WOW 😛 Still drooling over this loaded baked cauliflower casserole I made yesterday. This was one of the very first low carb recipes I took a stab at when I was just starting out and learning the low carb ways. I haven’t made it in forever and literally forgot how easy and delicious it really is 😍 It also makes for PERFECT leftovers 👌🏻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔶 What you need ➡️ • Bacon 🥓 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • 1 large head of cauliflower or I just buy 2 microwaveable frozen bags of cauliflower because it’s easy! • 1/2 cup of sour cream • 1/2 cup of mayo • 1 tbsp of ranch seasoning ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese • 1 cup of cheddar cheese • Handful of chives ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ 🚨 OPTIONAL: you can add ground chicken, beef or turkey if you would like to make it into an entire meal. I added ground chicken to mine! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔶 DIRECTIONS ➡️ 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Cook bacon (my favorite way is in the oven. If you are adding a protein of choice cook beforehand as well. This is when i cooked my ground chicken) 3. Mix sour cream, mayo and ranch 4. Either steam cauliflower if you bought it fresh or cook in microwave 5. Add the cauliflower to the sour cream and mayo mixture, add half the bacon, half the chives, some black pepper and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. 6. Place in an oven safe dish and top with the rest of the cheese & bacon. Cover with tinfoil for 20 min then remove foil and cook for another 10 min. Top with leftover chives and enjoy! 👩🏻‍🍳

Add more or less maple syrup...add your favorite nuts, seeds, dried fruit, shredded coconut, or chocolate chips like I did 😁 ...trust me this will make your weekday mornings so much better! 🎉 . Recipe: 3 cups oats 1 cup shredded coconut 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup chocolate chips Pinch of cinnamon Small pinch of salt 1/2 cup maple syrup warmed with 1/4 cup coconut oil (warmed just enough to liquify). Mix it all up, spread on a baking sheet and bake it at 265 degrees for about 30 minutes. Check it for light browning. It will crisp up more when cool. Keepin’ it super easy for this Sunday grocery haul 🛒 There’s nothing too out of the norm here for me because I’m a total creature of habit if you can’t tell. For topping; Melt the other pack of chocolate and mix with crushed almonds and then pour over the molds and spread. Put the molds in the freezer again and wait for almost 20 minutes. YUP that’s this right here 😍 I truly believe my best meals come when I literally just wing it 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m currently obsessed with Trader Joe’s cauliflower frozen stir fry mix. It’s so easy and so delicious! To make it even better, I also add 2 fried eggs to a batch of this stuff. You could never tell the difference between this and fried rice. I also cooked up a veggie burger from Trader Joe’s. I’ll post the macros on my story but they are pretty low carb and work within my macros. Also added some feta, green beans, edamame beans, and wanton crisps to make this pretty much perfect 👩🏻‍🍳

Try our Country Fair Kettle Corn recipe! 🍿 🏈 * You’ll need: 1/2 cup unpopped C&F Foods Yellow Popcorn 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup white sugar * To make: Heat the oil in a 3-quart pot over medium heat. Put three kernels in the pot and wait for them to pop. Add the sugar and remaining popcorn. Cover and shake the pot constantly to keep kernels from burning. Once the popping has slowed to once every 2 to 3 seconds, remove the pot from the heat and continue to shake for a few minutes until the popping has stopped.
