MISIR WOT, SELATA BEKAROT, SPICY CABBAGE AND BELL PEPPER
Tonight I made some more vegan Ethiopian dishes namely Misir Wot. Which I'm happy to say is very flavoursome and spicy 😊🙌
If you follow my feed you'll notice that I love different foods but I am interested in spice mixes. Not really for the heat,I don't want the hottest spices, but I do like a bit of kick!
🍛 Misir Wot; spicy Berbere lentil dish. Alongside this we have peas, new potatoes, red onion, watercress, cucumber and lettuce wrapped in a cabbage leaf.
🌶️ Spicy Jeera flatbread❗
🥗 Spicy cabbage and bell pepper; savory cabbage, yellow and orange bell peppers, three red birds eye chillies gently fried in one tablespoon of Niter Qibe (Ethiopian seasoned oil).
And if you can't tell. I have plenty food for days. So this will be my lunch for the next few days. 🍴
