Pasta e basta! Was gibt es Besseres als frische Pasta mit selbstgemachtem Pesto? Die kuechen_jungs Jannik & Denis haben ein ganz schön leckeres Rucola-Walnuss-Pesto gezaubert 🌱🍝 Foto & Rezept kuechen_jungs . 🛒 Zutaten: 75 g Walnüsse 100 g Rucola 50 g Parmesan 1 kleine Knoblauchzehe 1 Limette 1 Granatapfel Olivenöl Pistazien-Öl Pfeffer Saldoro Ursalz mit Bio-Chili . 👩🏻‍🍳 So geht's: Walnüsse in einer Pfanne anrösten. Währenddessen Knoblauch schälen und die Zehe in einen Mixbehälter geben. Sobald die Walnüsse duften und angeröstet sind, diese vom Herd nehmen und abkühlen lassen. Rucola waschen und trockenschleudern. Anschließend den Rucola zum Knoblauch in den Mixbehälter geben. Den Parmesan grob reiben und ebenfalls zu den anderen Zutaten geben. Olivenöl, Pistazien-Öl, Salz und Pfeffer, den Saft einer Limette und die abgekühlten gerösteten Walnüsse dem Mixbehälter hinzugeben. Alle Zutaten mit einem Stabmixer zerkleinern und durchmixen, bis ein homogenes Pesto entstanden ist. Nudeln in ausreichend Salzwasser wie angegeben zubereiten. EnglishRecipe will follow ArabicRecipe المكونات 1 كج جمبرى (متوسط الحجم) 1 ملعقة كبيرة بذور الكزبرة الجافة 1 ملعقة صغيرة بذور الخردل 2 علبة كريمة جوز الهند 1 ½ كوب كزبرة طازجة مفرومة ناعماً مكونات المعجون 8 بصل أخضر 2 فلفل حار أخضر (أختياري) 2 قطعة من الزنجبيل (1 سم لكل قطعه) 5-6 فص ثوم 6 ملعقة كبيرة من زيت الخضروات الطريقة في الخلاط، اخلطي جميع مكونات المعجون معًا. في وعاء طبخ ، نضيف بذور الكزبرة وبذور الخردل ونقلبها قليلاً على نار متوسط الحرارة، ثم نضيف المعجونة ونطهيها لمدة 5 دقائق نضيف العلبتين من كريمة جوز الهند إلى الخليط ونخلطه قليلاً ليغلي المزيج ثم نخفض الحرارة ونتركه على نار هادئه نضيف الروبيان و يُطبخ لمدة 10 دقائق حتى يصبح الروبيان ورديًا ويُطهى جيدًا يُضاف أوراق الكزبرة ويُقدّم على الفور مع لأرز الأبيض. Ingredients 1 KG Shrimp (Medium sized – thawed and drained) 1 TBSP Dry Coriander Seeds 1 TSP Mustard Seeds 2 Cans Coconut Cream 1 ½ Cup Fresh Coriander minced finely Ingredients for Paste 8 Spring Onions 2 Hot Green Peppers 2 Pieces of Ginger 5-6 Garlic Cloves 6 TBSP of Veg Oil Directions In a mixer blend all paste ingredients together. Set Aside In a sauce pan add Coriander Seeds and Mustard Seeds and toast slightly, then add the paste and cook for 5 minutes Add the 2 cans of coconut cream to the mixture and whisk slightly bringing the mixture to boil and then lower heat and let simmer Add the shrimps – make sure that they are thawed fully and drained of any water so it doesn’t thin your sauce Cook for 10 minutes until your shrimp is pink and well-cooked thoroughly Add the coriander leaves and serve immediately

The one thing I learnt over the past 4 years is that the provenance of the raw ingredients should never be overlooked. ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Whether it’s wine, of which I am learning heaps about these days, balsamic vinegar, wheat, olive oil or anything really, the soil, the altitude, the orientation towards sun light, the closeness to the sea, mountains, are all key to create nuances of flavours. My amazing friends from Madrid came to visit me this weekend and nothing says "visitors" like when you start planning the weekend ahead. First thing, I called Sofi (remember her from the celeryjuice post?), good vibes and wine where involved and she couldn't miss it. Then my research started: of course, I chose to go local. So I took them in the morning for a wine tasting in a local cantine where they showed us and explained the Brut and Satén methods. Then we went to Sulzano, at Lago d'Iseo, and ate at Il Cacciatore (my friend aaalicebassi wanted to know the name 🍁 - we have to go there together) - which had also glutenfree dishes and an amazing view. I had the wholegrain polenta with porcini mushrooms (very good quality and soft taste 🐽), local cheese, lamp ribs and artichokes, and crème brulé. Afterwards, we took a boat and went to Monte Isola for a walk and more wine. I chose to go local as it is all about the future: it builds communities and support local families; local food preserves and supports wildlife and a clean environment. Plus, it generally has a prime matter that tastes better. In Italy, it is simple to go local as many Osterie or Trattorie decide to take that path and I am such an enthusiast of this side of Italian culture: it is truly about food quality and availability. Загрустила – сварила карамель. Солёную, с арахисом. Пойду чайник ставить. . ☕250 г сахара ☕50 мл воды ☕50 г сливочного масла 82,5 ☕250 мл сливок 33% ☕неполная чайная ложка соли ☕100 г арахиса . Смешать сахар и воду. На среднем огне варить в кастрюле с толстым дном, постоянно перемешивая (часто встречаю совет, что перемешивать нельзя, можно только потряхивать кастрюлю - мне это ещё ни разу не помогало избежать засахаривания, а с постоянным перемешиванием всё отлично получается). Готовим до светлого янтарного цвета и убираем с плиты. К этому моменту нужно прогреть сливки до кипения, сразу убрать с огня. В карамель добавить сливочное масло, аккуратно перемешать до однородности. Затем тонкой струйкой влить горячие сливки, перемешивая. Делать это нужно максимально осторожно, карамель продолжит кипение. Добавить соль. Вернуть карамель на огонь и немного уварить, 5-7 минут. Чем дольше уваривать, тем гуще будет карамель после остывания - учтите это. Арахис всыпать в баночку и залить карамелью. I was a little skeptical about this burger from bobsburgersfox because of the marinade [swipe], but wow. The Sweet Home Avocado might be one of my fave burgers from this cookbook. It was sooo delicious. . The marinade is key- cooking lime, honey, and salt together creates a beautifully complex taste that I would not have imagined.

It’s been a gloomy afternoon, picked up my daughter at school early and stopped by at a sidewalk fish vendor. Got this fresh mamsa for P450/kl, I was like... 😱 I bought it anyway. 😂😂😂 maliit na bagay 😂 Made fish tinola and super crispy fried fish.
