Sugar free Aampanna golgappa water granita a.k.a Chuski!
Chuski is such an iconic street food from my childhood..my fav used to be kala khatta which i would buy from the local vendor and happily go home with my tongues and lips all purplish leading to a big scolding from my mom for eating “unhygienic” things!
Well i love those flavours till this date so decided to make this healthy Chuski or granitas from the aam panna golgappa water i made a few days back. The water is made with sweetener so its sugar free but feel free to add sugar if u want. Granitas are also sold world over as street food and have now made it into big restaurants as mocktails and drinks
This is my contribution for healthifystreetfoodcontest hosted my gang of girls abanti7778yummcrumbzgourmet.gaze jshraddhagaurav and me!!

Make a paste of all the raw ingredients in blender along with a little water. Tranfer to a big jug. Add the spices and sweetener and lemon juice. Mix well along with 750ml of water. Freeze this for 8hrs, while checking every 1 hr and scraping the mixture to get the granita crushed ice consistency.
