Final day of SP today, definitely feel less bloated and although I’m still quite poorly (maybe my bodies protesting against no carbs), generally I feel pretty good in myself. Won’t upload any meals today as we have no food in the house (I’m currently sat planning meals, getting ready to go shopping), so it’ll be on the go food today! Hoping for a good result tomorrow as I can honestly say that I have been 100% on SP, all meals have been nothing other than speed and protein foods and I’ve had 10 syns or less every day. Baked oats 😍 omg how have I only just tried these?!
