On wednesdays we eat pink 😘 Thank you so much for all your responses about my stomach yesterday! I have been having a lot of pain in my stomach around afternoon and could figure it out. So I fasted yesterday and it went mostly away. I also took some ginger which helps with inflammation and stomach upset. I think I was drinking too much strong coffee on an empty stomach! For your body to function optimally, the ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 should be very close. But typically, we get WAY too much omega 6 and not enough omega 3... Blue Marble Vanilla Bean Donuts anyone 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ Had so much fun making these this weekend 😄😄 I'm all about sugar free and healthier treats, but sometimes, ya just gotta have the real thing amirite😎😎😎 Batter deets: 1 cup oat flour 1/3 cup sugar 1 t baking powder 1/2 t pink salt 2 T melted coconut oil 1 egg 1/2 cup flax milk (sub any milk) 1 t vanilla. Directions: Preheat oven to 350°. Grease doughnut pan. (Makes 6 doughnuts). Mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry until just combined. Spoon batter into doughnut molds. Bake for 8-10 min. Glaze was coconut oil, flax milk, maple syrup & a little @vitalproteins collagen to thicken it.
