Follow plantbasedfoodpics for even more great plant based recipes! . . . . 🌯 Buffalo Chickpea Wraps! 📷 by thevegansara 🚨🚨Recipe: 1 can of chickpeas drained & towel dried, 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 1/2 tbl hot sauce, hot sauce, 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp garlic powder For the Buffalo Sauce: 1/2 cup hot sauce, 2 tbl coconut oil, 1 tbl organic sugar, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar 1️⃣To bread chickpeas: set up 3 bowls, one bowl with flour/salt/pepper, second bowl with coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce (evenly combined), last bowl with Panko/paprika/garlic. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper mist with oil 2️⃣Working in 4 batches, add chickpeas into flour bowl shaking off extra flour, dip into milk bowl getting all areas saturated but not drippy, then into Panko bowl making sure it is completely covered, place chickpeas on baking sheet separating any that are stuck together, giving enough room between each so they crisp up 3️⃣Bake at 400 F for 10-12 min shaking pan half way through to be sure they cook evenly . 4️⃣While chickpeas are baking make the buffalo sauce. Whisk all sauce ingredients on low over stovetop until coconut oil is melted & sauce is warm. 5️⃣Pour desired amount of sauce over chickpeas and mix gently together. 6️⃣To make wraps, use favorite type of wrap style bread add plenty of greens, carrots, cucumbers, radish, topped with more buffalo sauce & store bought Vegan blue cheese. Just roll them up and Enjoy!

Conny’s feed always makes me hungry. Sweet potatoes might be my favorite plantbased food and she makes them look so tempting 😋. 🌱Recipe: Chickpeas: Drain and rinse 1-15oz can chickpeas. (Optional: Toss chickpeas in a little olive oil before adding the spices.) Rub chickpeas with generous amount of tandoori masala seasoning, or substitute with other spices/herbs like smoked paprika, ancho chili, chipotle, cayenne, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, turmeric and make your own combo. Add salt to taste. Roast at 400F until crispy (about 20 minutes). Use fork to remove a little of the center of 3 baked sweet potatoes (sliced open) and load with chickpeas. 🌱Recipe: Easy guacamole: mix together 3 very ripe avocados (mashed), juice 1 lime, 2 finely grated garlic cloves, salt to taste. Sri Lankan Curry - sweet potato & cashew nuts 🍠🍠🍠 Recipe below 👇 mildreds mildredscookbook 3 large sweet potatoes cut into 4cm chunks, roast at 180. Madras curry paste (or make your own - quickly fry 12 curry leaves for few secs and put aside. Blend 1 onion, 30g ginger, 3cloves garlic, 2 green chilli then fry 6-8 mins medium heat with curry leaves) Add turmeric powder, 1 stick cinnamon, 1tbsp curry powder and fry for 3 mins. Add 1600ml coconut cream, 100g creamed coconut paste, 1tbsp caster sugar. Simmer low heat, 15 mins.
