It doesn't look like much but this is the nicest, easiest cheese onion, leek and potato pasty 😍 I just used 3 medium /large potatoes, 2 leeks, 1 red onion sliced very thin and roast in oil, salt, pepper and thyme for 30 mins, remembering to turn over ever 10 mins or so. One cooked, place veggies in a bowl with half a tin of coconut milk and mix. Cut a roll of puff pastry into 8 even squares and assemble, I added a handful of free from cheese on top of the mixture & put in the oven for 30 mins on 180. 👌

Y empezamos esta semana cocinandoencasa unos cinnamon deliciosos, ricos & saludables 🤤 Porque me pidieron un montón esta receta así que aquí les traigo una con varias opciones si no tienen algún ingrediente, aquí va! ⬇️ Ingredientes para la masa: 3 tazas de harina de arroz o harina integral o la que tengas en 🏠 + 1 cdta de sal + 2 cdas de levadura seca (yo use active dry de bobsredmillperu) + 1/2 taza de azúcar golden de lakanto (o coco, o panela o azúcar rubia) + 1 taza de leche tibia + 1/4 de aceite de coco o ghee o mantequilla derretido + 1 huevo o 1 huevo de linaza + 1 cdta de esencia de vaina de vainilla Preparación: 1. Activa la levadura con la leche tibia por 5 minutos. Tienen que salir burbujitas. 2. En un bol, mezcla todos los ingredientes secos (harina, sal, endulzante) 3. Agrega en el bol de los secos haciendo un hueco al medio la mezcla de leche, aceite de coco o ghee o mant, huevo o huevo de linaza, vainilla y mezcla bien hasta formar una masa. 4. Deja reposar la masa por 1 hora hasta que doble su tamaño. 5. Luego de esa horq, enharina una superficie y estira la masa con un rodillo. Ingredientes del relleno: 1/2 taza de aceite de coco liquido o ghee o mant- 1 taza de azucar golden, coco o rubia - 1/2 taza de canela en polvo Prepración: 1. Colocar el aceite de coco por toda la masa estirada. Luego la mezcla del azúcar de coco y la canela. 2. Enrollar toda la mezcla y cortar para formar los cinnamon. 3. Colocar los cortes en un molde y dejar que eleven 30 minutos más en el molde engrasado. 4. Luego, llevar al horno por 25-30 minutos a 180º. Ingredientes icing: - 1/2 de azucar en polvo lakantoperu (o en polvo)- 4 cdas de leche de almendras- 1 cdta de esencia de vaina de vainilla Preparación: 1. Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bol y listo! Espero que les guste 💗!!
