Inspo for these from the gorgeous @ellena_fit made with all my fave brands and totally hitting the afternoon snack spot while keeping me on track 😉 . 🍪 Ingredients 40g gluten free self raising flour 60g @kin_nutrition vanilla protein powder 110ml @barebells.uk vanilla milkshake 1 tbs maple syrup 1tsp vanilla essence 50g @manilife_ deep roast smooth peanut butter 20g @benefitchocolate 85% dark cacao protein chocolate . Preheat oven to 180º and line a baking tray 🍪 Mix together flour, protein, a pinch of baking powder and chocolate chunks 🍪 In a separate bowl combine agave, vanilla essence, peanut butter and milkshake - heat gently in the microwave if you need to loosen the liquid 🍪 Add wet ingredients to dry and combine to form a dough 🍪 Use a cookie scoop or spoon and place cookie shapes on to baking tray 🍪 Bake mine for 12-14 mins 🍪 Once cooled, melt a little more chocolate and drizzle over, or if you’re a white choccy lover, coat them like Ellie did 😍 . 🍪🍪🍪 mine turned out so good, a slight crunch on the outside and a nice fluffy centre with oozy choc chunks - thanks Ellie 😘 My cookies - 113cals P9g C8g F5g . Für ihn gibt’s dann noch einen Löffel Proteinpulver mit rein- funktionieren aber auch bestens ohne! Für mich mache ich heute keine- ich habe mehr Lust auf meine Erdnussprotein #Spirulinabowl 🙈 Das mit dem#intuitivessen ist definitiv ein Prozess aber mit jedem Tag wird es besser und ich lerne auf meinen Körper zu hören ☝🏼 . REZEPT 👇🏼 1 Banane 80-100g Haferflocken 1TL Lein/o. Chiasamen 👉🏼 Alles mit ~200-250ml Wasser mixen, kurz stehen lassen und dann in etwas Öl anbraten ♨️ . Ich kann es nicht oft genug sagen, da ich Sonntags so viele Rezepte immer noch mit Eiern sehe..Für Pancakes oder Crêpes braucht es einfach keine Eier oder entsprechende künstliche Alternativen!🐔🌱 . Guys, I'm so excited! I made homemade veggie burgers! Well, more like bean burgers. Floyd @floyd_wellmaker were at Goodwill the other day and found an old but very gently used food processor for $15! I've decided that I'm no longer buying mock meats (unless I'm trying @beyondmeat because I still haven't tried it yet). Dry beans and grains are cheaper and healthier than buying veggie burgers from the store. Plus it's more fun this way because I get to experiment with flavors and cooking equipment! 😂❤️ I made 3 different flavors. Taco bean and lentil burgers Buffalo chickpea and quinoa burgers & BBQ black bean and rice burgers Now I have 3 dozen burgers in my freezer for the price of one box of Boca burgers!

VEGAN JACKFRUIT RAGU 🍝🙌 I don’t have pasta all that often but when I do I wanna have it hearty and creamy and with a lotta vegan cheese on top 😍😍 we made this vegan jackfruit ragu using @jacknchillfoods frozen jackfruit (gifted) and topped it with homemade VEGAN PARMESAN (which took like 30 secs to make and has honestly changed my life because I have been putting it on everyyyything 🧀🙌) ➡️ you can get the RECIPE for both ragu and veegie parm on my blog ~ link in bio! ❤️ happy sunday pals!!

Good morning people, breakfast is served! Usually i start my day off with a smoothie but today i woke up craving callaloo and dumplings so why not!? Here we have some kamut dumplings, steamed callaloo, cooked chick peas mixed with red onion, cherry tomatoes & yellow bell pepper sprinkled with sesame seeds and a portion of quinoa. Seasonings include sea salt, cayenne pepper, dill, thyme, parsley & onion powder. This plate has roughly 36g protein, 100g carbs and 16g fat so that would be around 688 calories, not to mention it’s packed full of vitamin C and contains more than half your daily essential mineral needs.
