Sweet potato crust pizza🍕🍕 📸 wearesovegan. A very cleaver, healthy crust and sounds delicious. Follow tastyrecipemeals👈 Recipe: For the base: 500 g sweet potato peeled and roughly chopped 2 cups oat flour For the filling: 2 tbsp tomato puree 1 cup spinach 1 red onion sliced 3 chestnut mushrooms sliced 1 red pepper sliced 2 garlic cloves diced pinch of salt & pepper 2 tsp Italian herbs 1 tsp chili flakes 2 tbsp olive oil a few basil leaves 60 g vegan mozzarella sliced 1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper. 2. Cook the sweet potato in a steamer for 20 minutes or boil the potato until soft. 3. Transfer the soft sweet potato to a mixing bowl and mash. Then add oat flour and mix with a wooden spoon until well combined. 4. Prepare a little water in a small bowl and use it to wet your hands, then shape the sweet potato dough into a ball and place it on the lined baking tray. Dipping your hands in the water will make it easier to shape the dough without it sticking to your hands. 5. Shape the dough into a circle roughly 0.5cm thick and smooth it out around the edges. 6. Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes. 7. Meanwhile, prepare the toppings by mixing together the onion, pepper, mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, italian herbs, chilli flakes and olive oil until the veggies are fully coated in the seasoning. 8. Once the dough has finished baking, remove from the oven and spread the tomato puree on top followed by a layer of spinach. Then, start layering the veggies on the pizza. 9. Finish with slices of vegan mozzarella, some basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil. 10. Follow 👉 vegan_universe Vegan Chocolate Orange Macarons 🍫 🍊 Via 👉 thetastyk . —•—Ingredients—•— Macarons: aquafaba from one 15oz can of chickpeas, reduced to 1/3 cup 1/3 cup cane sugar 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 cup cacao powder 1 cup almond flour Orange Filling: 160g iChoc Almond Orange 1/4 cup almond milk —•—Method—•— 1. Place a sieve over a small pot and drain 1 can of chickpeas. Reserve the chickpeas for another use (hummus) and heat the aquafaba. Reduce to about 1/3 cup over low heat (this take around 8 minutes). The pour the aquafaba in a jar and refrigerate overnight. 2. Place the almond flour, powdered sugar and cacao powder into a food processor/blender and pulse a few times until combined. Sift the mixture into a bowl and set aside. 3. In a separate glass bowl, add the chilled aquafaba. Use a hand or stand mixer and beat until soft peaks begin to form. Add in the sugar and beat until the mixture is stiff and glossy (around 5 minutes). 4. Add the almond flour/sugar/cacao mixture into the whipped aquafaba and gently fold ingredients together (don’t over mix). 5. Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe into 2 inch rounds directly onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. 6. Let the raw macarons rest at room temperature for 1.5-2 hours. You know they’re ready to be baked when the surface does not stick to your fingertips. 7. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and bake the macarons for 30 minutes. 8. In the meantime prepare your filling. Simply melt the chocolate and add in the milk, whisking everything together. Place into the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up, then transfer to a piping bag. 9. Full recipe: 8-9 roma tomatoes 2 cups cherry tomatoes 1 yellow onion 5-6 cloves garlic 1/4th cup chopped carrots 4 oz unsweetened almondmilk 1/2 can full fat coconut milk 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 4 cups vegetable broth 1 bundle basil 1 tablespoon tomato paste salt and pepper to taste - Heat your oven to 400 degrees. In a baking tray with parchment or oven proof pan, roast your tomatoes, onion and garlic with olive oil and salt and pepper for 30-45 minutes. - Next, add your roasted mixture in a pot. (Try to dehydrate the mushrooms as much as you can to achieve the meaty texture) • 200 g broccoli florets, cut into bite size. • 2 tbs chopped ginger • 1 tbs chopped garlic • 20 g chopped scallions (green onions 🇬🇧) • 1 tbs coconut oil [sauce] • 1/2 cup vegetable broth (lightly salted) • 2 tsp arrowroot flour (or corn flour, but the finishing dish won't look as glossy) • 2 tbs tamari or soy sauce • 1/2 tsp black salt • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar • 1-2 tsp organic sugar • toasted sesame oil for seasoning afterwards • white pepper • 2 servings steamed rice 🌱 Instructions: 1. Make the sauce by combining all ingredients in [sauce] and set aside. 2. Sauté broccoli in coconut oil or any cooking oil you prefer for a few minutes. Since we cut the florets into bite size, the vegetable will cook much faster than usual. 3. Once the broccoli is cooked about half way, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, and grilled mushrooms before sautéing until fragrant. 4. Add the sauce mixture you have prepared and fold everything together quickly. 5. Add scallions and allow to simmer for a couple minutes. 6. Serve immediately with a side of steamed rice. 7. Eggplant Dragon Roll by thetastyk 🍣 Recipe: 200g sushi rice 350ml water 4 Tbsp rice vinegar 3/4 tsp salt 1 tsp maple syrup Miso-Eggplant: 1 long eggplant, sliced into strips 1 Tbsp maple syrup 1 Tbsp miso paste 1 Tbsp sesame oil 2-3 Tbsp warm water Filling: 1 small cucumber, julienned 1 small carrot, julienned 1/2 avocado, sliced Cajun cream cheese: 1/4 cup tofu cream cheese 1/2 tsp cajun spice Method 1.Cook your sushi rice according to instructions on the package and let cool down. 2.Slice the eggplant into thin strips. Preheat your oven to 175° (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, combine sesame oil, miso, maple syrup and warm water and mix until dissolved. Place the eggplant sliced on the baking sheet and brush both sides with the marinade. Place in the oven bake at 175° (350°F) for 10–12 minutes on each side (be careful not to burn). 3.Prepare the veggies for the filling. Slice the avocado thinly and cut the carrot and cucumber in slices. 4.Take half a nori sheet and place it on a bamboo mat. Place 1/2 cup of the sushi rice on top and gently press down (wet your hands for easier handling). Carefully turn the nori sheet around so the empty side looks up. Add the filling ingredients (carrot, cucumber, avocado, cajun cream cheese) and use the bamboo mat to roll up the sushi roll. 5.Take the baked eggplant slices and spread it on top of the sushi roll. Use a piece of plastic film to cover the roll. Now, some may argue that it's just flour with seasonings and not the real "bacon", and they're right. But I very much prefer this to real bacon any day- for obvious reasons. And the reason I included the word "bacon" is to help vegans or those who are transitioning to identify the flavour profile of this particular dish, that's all. 🌱 Here's how you make these crispy, smokey treats: You'll need: • 1/4 tsp ground sage • 1/8 tsp onion powder • 1/8 tsp garlic powder • 1-2 tsp liquid smoke • 2 tbs light soy sauce* if your light soy sauce doesn't have a hint of sweetness, add 1/4 tsp of coconut sugar for that umami flavour • 1 tbs water • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 2 tbs nutritional yeast • Whole wheat tortilla • avocado oil and cooking spray 🥓 Instructions: 1. Whisk all the ingredients, apart from the tortilla and avocado oil, together in a small bowl. 2. Cut tortilla into strips and brush the mixture on both sides. 3. Spray some avocado oil on a nonstick pan, and put it on low heat. Then, pan fry the strips just until each side crisps up. Don't let them burn otherwise the flavors will get too intense and bitter. Gradually add a teaspoon of avocado oil to prevent the strips from burning and help them sizzle. 😁 Just be careful not to add too much. 4. Rest the "bacon" strips on a cooling rack. Preheat your oven to 175° (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, combine sesame oil, miso, maple syrup and warm water and mix until dissolved. Place the eggplant sliced on the baking sheet and brush both sides with the marinade. (Try to dehydrate the mushrooms as much as you can to achieve the meaty texture) • 200 g broccoli florets, cut into bite size. • 2 tbs chopped ginger • 1 tbs chopped garlic • 20 g chopped scallions (green onions 🇬🇧) • 1 tbs coconut oil [sauce] • 1/2 cup vegetable broth (lightly salted) • 2 tsp arrowroot flour (or corn flour, but the finishing dish won't look as glossy) • 2 tbs tamari or soy sauce • 1/2 tsp black salt • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar • 1-2 tsp organic sugar • toasted sesame oil for seasoning afterwards • white pepper • 2 servings steamed rice 🌱 Instructions: 1. Make the sauce by combining all ingredients in [sauce] and set aside. 2. Sauté broccoli in coconut oil or any cooking oil you prefer for a few minutes. Since we cut the florets into bite size, the vegetable will cook much faster than usual. 3. Once the broccoli is cooked about half way, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, and grilled mushrooms before sautéing until fragrant. 4. Add the sauce mixture you have prepared and fold everything together quickly. 5. Add scallions and allow to simmer for a couple minutes. 6. Serve immediately with a side of steamed rice. 7. These cookies are perfect snack and life saver for rushed mornings 🏃‍♀️, to spice it up to be extra healthy I added yoursuperfoods SKINNY PROTEIN 👌🏻 This treat requires no time , so fast to get it done 🏎 💨 All you need ; - 1 cup quick oats - 175 g pitted medjool dates ( put them in hot water for about 5 minutes and then drain ) - 2 tsp pumpkin spice - 1 tsp SKINNY PROTEIN yoursuperfoods - 3 tbs Tahini Garnish with pecan and PB depindakaaswinkel what I use ) . Method : preheat the oven to 360 F and meantime start making the cookie , simply by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl and work with your hands till all United . Create balls and press them to form a cookie and then add a pecan into the center , put in the oven for about 9 minutes or till you see that lightly golden .
