Vegan Cheesecake Cups by healthyholisticview 💙 . Base: 1 cup almonds 1 cup dates 1 tsp himalayan salt Cheese filling: 3 cups soaked cashews (soaked over night) 1/5 cup maple syrup (or other sweetener) 1 can of coconut milk (about 400ml) only use the firm part on top 1/3 cup coconut oil 1/2 tbs fresh lemon juice 5 tbs melted cacao butter Colouring options: 2 tbs acai powder 1 tsp spirulina powder 1 tsp raspberry jam + 1/2 tsp acai How to: In a high speed blender mix together the almonds, dates and himalayan salt until a paste is formed. Press down in lined small cupcake molds. Put in freezer to set. Add all of the remaining ingredients, except the colouring options. In a high speed blender. Blend until very smooth and creamy. Divide half of the cream in three separate bowls. Add in the different colouring in each bowl and mix. Take out the cupcake molds from the freezer and layer the three colours with the white cream in the molds. Take a spoon and gently stirr one to three circles in the cream. Put in the freezer over night to set. If you have cashew cream remaining put this in the fridge over night and then in the morning decorate the cakes with it. bestofvegan

Ingredientes: 2 taza de coliflor cocida al dente (con una pizca de sal) 1 diente de ajo 2 cucharadas de levadura nutricional. Zumo de ½ limón. 1 cucharada AOVE , (pimienta negra, sal, y orégano al gusto) ½ taza de agua dependiendo de la cremocidad que queráis la salsa. Preparación: 1.-Mezcla en el vaso de la batidora la coliflor, el ajo, pimienta negra, la levadura, el limón, una pizca de sal, la cucharada de AOVE y el agua, tritura hasta conseguir una salsa cremosa y homogénea, si lo necesitas vierte un poco mas de agua. 2.-Sirve caliente con tu pasta favorita. 😍 ¡DISFRUTA MUCHO! After morning run cuddles, with my little Squidge.🥰 I am so amazed that I am able to run at the moment after years of, (often) struggling to walk; it feels incredible! Not only does it make me feel fitter and healthier but it helps my mental health so much. You know those dishes where no matter how hard you try, there's no making it look good? I can name a few 😂 and this one has to be one of them. This is Malfouf Khart, which basically translates to chopped cabbage. It's a pilaf of chopped cabbage flavoured with all the same ingredients used on stuffed cabbage rolls: garlic, cinnamon, cumin, lemon. Yet a spoonful of this dish outweighs any cabbage roll we've ever had!! We can eat a full pot of this and want more, it's that good. It's quick, easy, and is perfect for weekdays (especially with back to school, ew😭). The flavours are so strong and vibrant. You can taste sweetness from the cabbage, with hints of sour..coated with cumin. You can taste and smell the cinnamon, then your tastebuds will tingle, and you'll crave another bite. You'll go for it, and you'll want to keep going 😭 The bottom of the pot here is important.
