That's 36% of a females recommended daily intake or 30% of a males 💩😝 This gut-loving soup is SO easy - for 5 serves just roast 1 large sweet potato and 3/4 Kent pumpkin in some EVOO in the oven at 180 degs for around 30 mins. Once finished throw in a stock pot with just enough chicken or veggie stock to cover the veggies and add 2 x tins of cannellini beans. Simmer for around 20 mins and then blitz until smooth. Add base ingredients in a bowl. Mix it well until a dough consistency is achieved 2. Knead for 5 minutes. Flatten the dough. Add herbs. Fold the dough and knead again. Put back in the bowl, cover with cloth for 15 minutes 3. Sliced the toppings. Marinate in mixed herbs, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp b. Pepper, 1/2 tsp halba fenugreek. Add 1 tsp olive oil when mixing 4. Prepare baking tray with baking paper. After 15 minutes, roll the dough on the tray, spread it out. Top with pizza toppings. Add dash of olive oil and pinch of pink salt 5. Vegan red curry 🌱 veganrecipe ————— Ingredients: -3 oignons -2 zucchinis -800 ml coconut milk -Jasmine rice -400 g cherry tomatoes - 1 red bell and 1 green bell pepper -400 g crushed peeled tomatoes in puree -Curry madras powder -Green lemon -Oil -Coriander -Salt & pepper • Preparation: - Cut the onions, zucchini, red & green peppers - Warm a large pot over medium heat. Once it’s hot, add the oil. Add the onion and stir often, about 5 minutes until the onions have softened and are turning translucent - Add the coconut milk, the crushed peeled tomatoes in puree and the curry powder to the your pot to medium heat -Add directly the zucchini, red & green bell peppers. -Cover for approximately 25 mn -Meanwhile, cook your jasmine rice -Add the cherry tomatoes 10 minutes before the curry has ended to cook -Serve in a plate the curry then the rice.
