Mushroom stroganoff for dinner tonight!! Thanks to tryingtodoitall_sw for the recipe! My first attempt at making something like this and it’s so easy! However only realised after making it that it only feeds 1 person - had to dash to the shop for another pack of mushrooms to make some for hubs too 😂. This chilly weather calls for some soup amiright, so to kick start soup season I made this classic winter warmer. Its incredibly simple to make, healthy, low fat, carb free, meatless & above all delicious. . . Comfort in a bowl 🥣 Doesn’t get any easier than this . . Recipe & method 10 carrots, chopped 1 onion, diced 2-3 celery sticks 1 teaspoon coriander powder Salt pepper to taste 1 handful fresh coriander 1 ltr vegetable stock . . Fry the onion in a little butter for a few mins till soft. Add Coriander powder and salt pepper. Along with the carrots, fresh coriander & celery. Pour in the stock. Cook for 30 mins till soft. Blitz with processor till smooth. Serve and enjoy . . . 🌱🌱 Vegan collard wraps 🌱 🌱 I kept hyping up bitchinsauce so I had to use it in a recipe ASAP It’s hard making collard wraps look aesthetically pleasing but I tried 🤷🏻‍♀️ - Steam collard over boiling water till they get darker and softer (makes it easier to roll and digest) - Sauté shredded King oyster mushrooms (or you can use enoki mushrooms) with some olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt & pepper - Cooked brown rice in broth (I used bone broth but you can use vegetable broth to keep it vegan) - Made the wrap with some chipotle bitchinsauce , sliced avocado, sautéed mushrooms, and brown rice Really quick and easy meal Rolling the collard wraps is a bit tricky so make sure they’re soft enough to roll, slice the stem off, and tuck it tight when you’re rolling

🇫🇷Aimes-tu le risotto et si oui, comment ? 🇬🇧Do you like risotto and if so, how? My small risotto consists of: 1 carrot cut into cubes 🥕 1 black radish cut into dices 1 red onion cut into dice 🧅 Salt, pepper, lemon zest (garnish), chopped fresh parsley (garnish) Preparation: Cook the vegetables in salted boiling water and in 2 different pans: Carrot cooking time 10min Black radish cooking time 15/20 min (prick with a knife to check cooking) (put a dash of lemon juice in the water). Cook your risotto rice, once cooked season with salt and pepper. In an oiled skillet, sauté the garlic and half the red onion 3min. Add the vegetables. Continue cooking 4-5min. Mix the rice with the vegetables. Sprinkle with the parsley and zest of the lemon 🍋 Mon petit risotto est composé de : 1 carotte coupée en dés 🥕 1 radis noir coupé en dés 1 oignon rouge coupé en dés🧅 Sel, poivre, zestes de citron jaune (garniture), persil frais ciselé (garniture) La préparation : Cuire les légumes dans de l'eau bouillante salée et dans 2 casseroles differentes : Temps de cuisson des carottes 10min Temps de cuisson du radis noir 15/20 min (piquer à l'aide d'un couteau pour vérifier la cuisson) (mettre un trait de jus de citron dans l'eau). Cuire votre riz à risotto, une fois cuit assaisonner en sel et poivre. Dans une poêle huilée, faire revenir l'ail et la moitié de l'oignon rouge 3min. Ajouter les légumes. Focaccia for dinner, served as a side to vauliflower soup with veggie sausages and lima beans. Focaccia 1/2kg flour 1 packet of dry yeast ~2dl olive oil 4dl water 1-1,5 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tomato 4 cloves of garlic 1 tsp dried basil 1. Disolve yeast in lukewarm water. 2. Add sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1dl olive oil, and flour. 3. Let it sit for 40-45min. 4. Pour 1/2dl oil in a form then pour the dough in. Drag it out with your hands and poke some holes in it. 5. Let it sit for an additional 30min. 6. Slice up tomato and garlic. 7. Sprinkle with oil on top, then garnish with tomato, garlic, basil and salt. 8. Ingredientes para dos sopas: 8 - 10 ajos Cuatro rebanadas de pan Pimentón Aceite de oliva Sal Cayena (opcional) Vinagre (opcional) Primero pelamos los ajos, los partimos por la mitad y los ponemos en una sartén con aceite, y si nos gusta picante añadimos una cayena. Cuando empiecen a dorar, añadimos el pan. Cuando empiece a tostarse el pan ponemos el pimentón, damos un par de vueltas y cubrimos bien de agua y añadimos sal. Si cuando se hinche el pan se queda seco, podemos añadir más. Dejar hervir unos cinco minutos y listo. También me gusta poner un chorrito de vinagre cuando ya la tengo en el plato para tomarla, le da un sabor que me encanta... Those clever folk at vivavivera have made shawarma kebab, chicken pieces and pulled pork, all plant based, and all superb in their own right. Mix the three and you have the ultimate meatfree mixed kebab. Simply season the chicken piece with the flavouring of your choice (I used Jerk) and stir fry in a few sprays of oil, chuck it in a wrap and serve with the sauce and side of your choice... A mixed kebab and chips from a takeaway would normally hoof you for 1200-1500 calories and be full of fat, sugar and salt, but look at the numbers on this... Vegetable and orzo soup, perfect winter warmer for this cold evening 🥰🌱 Add 2 chopped carrots, 1 chopped courgette, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped red pepper and 1 clove of garlic finely chopped to a pan, add 1 litre of veg stock and simmer for around 10 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and around 100g orzo, some dried oregano, turmeric and basil and simmer for a further 20 mins, stirring occasionally. The first of my recipes I want to share with you all is one I’ve very recently (literally yesterday) come up with, for a simple (few ingredients) vegetarian carbonara. 🐷💛 Ingredients (serves 4): • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil (or extra virgin olive oil) • 1 pack of Vivera bacon pieces • 100g of frozen peas • 400g dried linguine (or spaghetti) • 2 garlic clove, crushed • 50g smoked cheddar, finely grated • 50g mature cheddar, finely grated • 150ml double cream • 2 free range eggs • Pinch of black pepper • Vegetarian hard cheese, grated (optional) Method: • Lightly fry the Vivera bacon pieces in the oil of choice, until cooked. At the same time bring the frozen peas to a boil, then simmer until cooked. Place both to one side. • Cook the linguine/spaghetti as the packet instructs. At the same time, place all of the cheese, the double cream, the crushed garlic and the black pepper into a pan and heat slowly, stirring continuously until a smooth sauce is formed. • Lightly beat the eggs and add them to the sauce mixture, continuously stir until it is throughly bound together. Add the cooked bacon pieces and peas to heat them back up. • Drain the pasta, return it to the pan, add the sauce mixture, place back on the heat and stir until the pasta is coated. Serve when it is heated throughout, adding vegetarian hard cheese on top to taste. ~ (will add nutrition info ASAP, currently binge watching ‘The End of the F****ing’ World with my boyfriend)

Suyunu çekene kadar ara ara karıştırarak pişirelim, fıstıkları atıp biraz kızarana kadar çevirelim. Karnabaharları ve tuzu da ekleyip max 15 dk daha pişirmeye devam edelim. Şeker 1 su bar. Süt 1 su bar. Sıvı yağ 2 su bar. Un 3 yk Kakao (ben dark kullandım) 1 paket Kabartma tozu 1 paket Vanilin -Sosu için 2 çay bar. Süt 1/2 çay bar. Sıvı yağ 1 çay bar. Damla Çikolata 1/2 paket Bitter Çikolata 2 yk Kakao ^^ Yapılışı Çırpma kabına aldığımız oda sıcaklığındaki yumurtaları, yüksek devirde iyice köpürene kadar çırpalım ve şeker ilave edip beyazlayana kadar çırpmaya devam edelim. Süt ve sıvı yağı da ekleyip düşük devirde çırpalım. Kuru malzemeleri (kakao hariç) eleyelim ve yavaş yavaş karışıma yedirelim. Son olarak kakaoyu da ekleyip homojenize olana kadar karıştıralım. Önceden ısıtılmış 180 C fırında pişirelim (yaklaşık 40 dk). Fırından çıkarınca üzerine kürdan yardımı ile delikler açalım ve soğumaya bırakalım. Sos için sıvı malzemeleri küçük bir tencereye alalım ve kaynamaya başlayınca çikolataları ve kakaoyu ekleyip çikolatalar eriyene kadar sürekli karıştırarak pişirelim. *Damla çikolatayı, ocağı kapattıktan sonra ekleyip biraz diri bırakabilirsiniz. Kek ılıkken sıcak sosu üzerine dökelim ve kalıbı birkaç kez tezgaha vuralım ki hava kabarcıkları gitsin.
