Separar un bollito de masa para armar los tirantes. ⠀ 📌Para el dulce, debemos poner los 300 g de dulce cortados en cubitos junto con el agua y calentar en el microondas durante 3 min. hasta que se disuelva. ⠀ 📌Una vez hecho esto, agregamos el dulce a la masa, luego colocamos los tirantes por encima. ⠀ 📌Llevamos la preparación a horno máximo durante 20/25 minutos. ⠀ 📌Pasado este tiempo, retiramos la pastaflora del horno y la dejamos enfriar. ⠀ LISTO! ✨ pavê de creme branco com chocolate e morangos 💚 levei essa sobremesa em um almoço de aniversário, super fácil e rápido de fazer! me inspirei em uma receita da mussinha_carol pra fazer, ela faz os melhores doces da vida! . . ingredientes do creme branco: 500ml de leite de coco (usei o de beber) 1 xícara de açúcar demerara 4 colheres de sopa de amido de milho + 150ml de água pra diluir modo de fazer o creme: mistura o leite e o açúcar em uma panela em fogo médio, depois adiciona o amido de milho diluído em água e mexe bem, até ferver e ficar um creme mais grosso. lembrando que quando for pra geladeira e esfriar, vai ficar mais firme . ingredientes do creme de chocolate: 160g de chocolate em barra sem leite 1/2 a 1 xícara de leite de coco modo de fazer o creme de chocolate: picar o chocolate e colocar em um refratário com o leite e deixar 30 segundos no microondas para derreter. depois é só mexer bem até que tudo fique derretido e se torne uma mistura homogênea. . montagem: peguei biscoito maizena sem leite e molhei no leite de coco. usei praticamente 1 pacote de biscoito pra fazer 2 camadas. depois que completar uma camada de biscoito molhado no leite na travessa, colocar metade do creme branco por cima dos biscoitos. repetir essa etapa, colocando os biscoitos molhados mais uma vez e depois o restante do creme branco. e por cima, colocar o creme de chocolate e morangos picados. depois de montado, guardar na geladeira por umas 4h, até que fique gelado e firme.

🍂 Happy Sunday 🍂 We accidentally bought the biggest burger buns out there so the lovely meatlessfarm look a bit lost 😂 This is actually the first time we cooked the Meatless Farm Burgers ourselves and they turned out lovely 😍 We just added a bit of salt, pepper and garlic granules and they got nice and crispy while staying juicy on the inside. We added some violife_foods mozzarella on top which didn’t really melt well but tasted lovely. Broccoli and oven baked sweet potato for health 😆 Overall, such a lovely and comforting meal!

Really enjoying creating dishes again. This barley and veggie bowl with chicken and a smoked paprika and honey mustard sauce was so good I have to share the recipe. Enjoy! ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Serves 4-6 INGREDIENTS: Chicken: 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs smoked paprika sea salt and freshly ground pepper extra-virgin olive oil Veggies and barley: 3 cups low sodium chicken broth 1 cup pearl barley 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 1 cup corn kernels, cut fresh from cob (about 2 cobs) or frozen corn kernels (thawed) 1 zucchini, diced (about 1 cup) 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced (about 1 cup) 1 ½ cups kale, chopped sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste Sauce: 1 medium shallot, finely chopped 1 large garlic clove, minced 2 teaspoons sherry vinegar 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 ½ teaspoons honey 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon smoked paprika Sea salt to taste DIRECTIONS: 0.Preheat the oven to 375ºF. 1. Drizzle chicken with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and lightly sprinkle with smoked paprika on both sides. Place chicken thighs in baking dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done. 2. In medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of low sodium chicken broth to a boil. Add barley and reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, for about 30 minutes, or until barley is al dente. Remove from heat and allow barley to stand while preparing the veggies and sauce. If liquid remains after standing, drain. 3. While the barley is cooking, in a bowl, toss the corn kernels with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 15 minutes (until corn starts to soften). Add zucchini and red peppers; mix until well combined. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer, stirring a couple times, until corn begins to brown and other veggies begin to soften. Add kale when veggies are mostly cooked, mix thoroughly, and return to oven for 1 to 2 minutes (until kale begins to wilt). (Continues in first comment)

Aubergine curry! 1 aubergine 1 onion 2tsp ginger paste 2 garlic cloves 2tsp of tandoori spice 1 tin of kidney and butter beans 1 red pepper 1 400g tin of passata 1 400g tin of coconut milk 1 cup of rice Hedgehog the aubergine (get to spoons and place either side of the aubergine and cut. The knife will hit the spoons first and not cut right through! Cut the onion and garlic add to a large roasting dish Mix the ginger paste and tandoori spice together and rub all over the aubergine, add to the pan and bake for 20mins Add the red pepper and bake for 5mins Add all the other ingredients and bake for 20/30mins While it's cooking add the rice and 2 cups of boiling water and a stock cube (check to make sure it's vegan) to the pan, put the lid on a leave.
