So...I tried this CauliPower pizza 🍕 today for lunch, and it’s pretty tasty. When it comes to cheese pizza, I’m like Kevin in the “Home Alone” movie...”A lovely cheese pizza just for me.”😜. I definitely knew this wasn’t gonna taste like my usual Papa John’s pizza that I sooo love (but haven’t had yet😩), as the crust was no where as crunchy or as thick & chewy. Perhaps I should have cooked it on the rack instead of a baking sheet. I’ll try that next time. One half (1/2) slice was 380 calories, and it had 16g of protein. However, 🅑🅔🅦🅐🅡🅔 as the carbohydrates (for those watching their carbs) totaled 37g😳. I gave 1/2 of it to my moms, and I was able to eat my 1/2 in two settings...for lunch and dinner. I don’t have to have pizza everyday, but when I want a slice I want it. I’m gonna to search for some other options that have lower carbs, but if they lack flavor, then I will eat this one or just get my Papa John’s and work the carbs out at the gym.😉 Has anyone else tried this brand? What were your thoughts overall? Or what cauliflower brand pizzas do you use where the carbs are low, but the flavor is still there?
