EGG FAST DAY 1. And I started today at a new low of 220.6lbs! took me almost a week to get here after the weed/Cheetos massacre of 2019 so I’m pleased 👌🏻 I only eat two meals a day which I feel is going to make hitting my egg minimum a little tough but all in all, today was great! I also signed up for a new gym this week 💪🏽 although I love planet fitness, when it come to working out I’m motivated by the people that surround me so classes have always been my favorite type of workouts. Down 3.6 lbs. Assuming that I only ate 900 calories yesterday and drank minimal water is why my weight drastically dropped over 2 lbs overnight. I’ll take the low weigh in but I’m not getting ahead of myself as far as losing too much weight too fast. I have been keeping my calories around 2200 for most of the month, been strictly gluten free since the 1st, and been putting in 3-4 days of good workouts when I can. FOOD FOR THE WEEK. . . Back home and after meeting my friend for a coffee, I done a little fruit & veg shop for the week ahead. Another 4.7 down this week- some of this is probably due to me being sick the past few days. My eating has been 100% on track, so it should hold. So far for this challenge, I've lost 19.7 lbs....I'm only 3 ounces away from the goal I set for myself. WE ARE BACK IN BUSINESS!!! Aaahhh!!! -1 pound today!!!! These crazy two weeks: increased my calories by 200-300 calories, stopped tracking, my mom was in Miami visiting, preparing for Hurricane Dorian, traveling to Tennessee for camping where I had: bbq chips, s’mores, hot dogs, white bread, pancakes, burgers, fries, pizza and buffalo wings for a whole weekend. (But also hiked and drank tons of water.)... I came back home last week and avoided the scale because I felt bloated and my pants were tighter. Did a low-carb week this week to get rid of water weight and BAM!! Back in business! :) I’m coming for you 175. It’s taken me longer than I expected but that’s my number to officially leave the obesity range based on BMI charts (which are not accurate and don’t take into consideration many other factors but it’s still a goal in my head).
