Petit à petit le corps évolue. Ça fait quasiment deux mois que j’ai entamé une sèche avec mon frère et je pensais très mal le vivre ( et ça a été le cas le premier mois) mais je voulais me challenger un peu. Out here drinking my gallon of water and trying my best. 💁🏻‍♀️ Keeping up with my fitness has been the hardest it’s been in a looooong time. My work schedule slightly changed this year so I leave an hour later. That ONE hour makes a WORLD of a difference after having been accustomed to my routine for so many years. By the time I get home (after traffic) I feel beyond exhausted and like I don’t have enough time or energy to get everything done. It’s really challenged my motivation and commitment. But this is the universe’s way of turning up the intensity 😝 Being comfortable is great, but it’s not the way to grow. Things have to shift once in a while for you to gain different skills. If you know me, you know that I hate planning. I have been in a “workout slump” lately so this week I decided I needed a plan: I’ve been writing out every detail of my day and forcing myself to stick to it no matter how tired I am. Without a plan you have no real daily goals, so you kinda just wing it. And typically, not much gets done. Happy Saturday! - UPDATE! I have not been as active as I would like on here lately cause we back to uni life and that means I have barely any time to myself with that, work and essays 😩 Still killing my workouts and eating foods that I enjoy though! 1.7lbs down this week so that is a total of 11lbs so far. Weightloss is slowing down but still progressing. Next week will be my last week of month 1 insanity max 30 program. I took measurements, photos and weight at the beginning and will do at the end. That’s where the real progress will take place. So excited to see the difference in measurements and photographs as that’s where it really matters. I’m feeling so much better within myself and slowly coming to terms with how I am right now which is something that I struggled deeply with in the past. Hope everyone is great and killing it!
