Tried this slimmingworld meal tonight and was really impressed.. plenty of chicken chunks and the flavours were so nice! . The meals are so handy to keep in the freezer when you need an easy meal. Full BACK & SHOULDERS Pull Workout. This took me 40 minutes and consisted of 3 back exercises and 2 shoulder exercises. So if you're short on time, then bookmark this post. Fun fact: shoulders are considered to be both push AND pull muscles. Exercises like shoulder press or any other kind of military press would be considered pushing exercises and can be trained with chest to make a complete push workout. Likewise exercises like rear delt flyes, lateral raises, and upright rows are considered to be pulling exercises and can be done with back to make a complete pull workout. 🌮Low carb taco pizza! I used a Joseph’s lavish low carb pita to make this and its are AMAZING! (I prepped chicken before hand- so it didn’t take long to make! Preheat your oven to 400 degrees! In a small dish add 1 cup of chopped chicken and 2tbsps of tacobell mild sauce- warm in microwave for 40 seconds and add it that to your pita. Sprinkle on a tbsp of cheese. Put into the oven for 5-6 minutes. This photo...it's been 2 months since I had bariatric surgery! And in 2 months I have lost a total of 66lbs and a total of 25.5 inches!!! From a 37” waist in April to a 28” waist in December 2019. Nine inches lost off my waist, won’t stop until I see abs! It’s amazing how the human body transforms and flourishes with a strong mentality. My advice in order to be successful is to start with a motivating force that is the basis of your foundation. There will be days you don’t want to go to the gym, the voice in the back of your head convincing you the bed or couch is more comfortable—stop. Mute that voice in your head. Stop living in your head, get up and move. My motivation comes from being in one of the lowest darkest times in my life—a heartbreak. Every time I had a break down, I started working out where ever I was. The only way to stop me from crying and laying in bed all day was to get up and get moving. Once I began realizing I always leave the gym in a better mood than I got there with, it became a habit. The thing I looked forward to each day to make me feel better and cheer me up. I turned my heartbreak into my driving force to become fit. I remember the first time I ever stepped foot in the weights section of the gym.... I felt a sense of uncomfortableness and like everyone was staring at me... they wasn’t at all but I think these areas can often feel very daunting for ladies especially. After my induction to this section I vowed that I would put my brave knickers on and get myself back up there, after all what would be the point of being shown when I had no intention of putting it to practice? Well let me tell you nearly 6 months on and I cannot get enough. It is possibly my favourite area of the gym. I love the changes lifting weights has made to my body and I’m loving tracking and monitoring every inch of my progress! I love the sense of achievement when you complete that extra rep or you lift just that 1kg heavier! So ladies if you are worried please don’t be, I promise you it won’t be as bad as you think and if you are still feeling uneasy then take a friend or ask the staff in your local gym to help you with the equipment! Starting is often the hardest part but once you are there and have a plan there will be no stopping you - you’ll be addicted to falling in love with yourself again! ❤️ P.S this is the first time I have ever worn a crop top to the gym that doesn’t cover my belly... who even am I? 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

Not an every day transformation but perhaps one of my favourites. Betty lost over 1 stone in 12 weeks without even going to the gym once!! Betty got in touch because her weight had spiralled a bit out of control and was starting to cause health complications, her daughter Carrie has lost practically half her body weight with us so she wanted to know if we could do the same with her. Betty was apprehensive about a fancy gym and diet program so we worked with the foods she liked and was comfortable with and we wrote workouts she could complete from home. After a few weeks she found she was easily making the lifestyle change, she even bought weights for her home was had tons more energy on a daily basis. We offered you 24 week transformation packages only to say “suck it up buttercup! We can do this in half the time!”⁣ ⁣ Welcome 12 week transformations...then 6 week...then 7 day 🤯 ⁣ ⁣ We set you up to fail because, well who doesn’t like repeat business. ⁣ ⁣ Telling someone “Jill this is going to take 12-18 months (because we need to unfuck what’s fucked)”⁣ ⁣ *DOOR SLAM*⁣ ⁣ The reality is for most, I would rather see 0.5-1% progress a week, every week, than 20% progress to start followed by a rapid slip back to where they just came from. ⁣ ⁣ Call me a debbie downer if you want but I spend a good period of time fixing people. Not even yet working on goals but fixing what’s been screwed up by “coaches” who left nothing but destruction in their wake. It’s also fair to say the people that get angry by that statement are the ones who should probably move into marketing as they are usually pretty good at it. ⁣ ⁣ Set a sustainable path. ⁣ 😴7-9 hours sleep⁣ 💧~3L water⁣ 🏋️‍♂️regular exercise (not beyond your commitments)⁣ 🥗 nutrition set for your goals⁣ ⁣ Find the right person to help you. ⁣ Not someone who can just spin your wheels. ⁣ shaneolearyfitness
