Feeling pretty aaaalright. Work is a bit iffy as per usual, I ate lunch in my car to get away from sick germs. I didn't want to train but I did anyway and I'm very glad I did. Keeping a routine is so integral to my mental health upkeep, and if my mood is already 0 then really theres nothing to lose even if i gain .0001% of happiness its better to have gone. I even stayed back for a wrassle and it was lovely! Berimbolo still but also learned crab walk? So thats something to practice for the week.
