Even when I dont feel like going to the gym I make sure I at least get in 20 mins. emagrecendo_hoje17_ ・・・ Olha que maravilha é esses pãozinho de abóbora, e é uma delícia, fácil e rápido de se fazer, então anota aí a receita que você vai amar eles 🤤 Ingredientes: ½ colher (sopa) de fermento biológico seco 200 ml de leite integral morno 250 g de polpa de moranga cabotiá assada 50 g de manteiga derretida ¾ colher (sopa) de sal 100 ml de mel 700 g de farinha de trigo (aproximadamente) Farinha de trigo para a sova Modo de preparo: Em uma tigela pequena coloque o leite e o fermento e deixe descansar por aproximadamente 5 minutos. Em uma bacia de tamanho médio coloque a polpa da moranga e amasse bem até obter um purê homogêneo, coloque a manteiga, o sal, o mel e misture bem. Adicione a mistura de leite com fermento e misture. Agora comece a acrescentar a farinha aos poucos até obter uma massa uniforme e que grude ligeiramente nas mãos. A quantidade de farinha necessária vai variar de acordo com a umidade da abóbora, eu usei 700 g e mais um pouco para polvilhar na hora da sova. Coloque a massa sobre a bancada levemente enfarinhada e sove por uns 15 minutos. Acomode a massa na bacia, cubra com um pano ou filme plástico e deixe descansando por aproximadamente 1h30 em local fechado. Assim que a massa tiver dobrado seu volume, coloque-a na bancada levemente enfarinhada, sove ligeiramente para expulsar o excesso de ar. Agora modele seus pãezinhos dividindo a massa em partes iguais. No meu caso, modelei 24 pãezinhos de 55 g cada. Faça bolinhas e acomode em uma forma untada, de aproximadamente 40 cm x 25 cm. Cubra com um pano e deixe crescer em local fechado por aproximadamente 30 minutos. So today has been 9 days since my gallbladder surgery and I thought I might be more 'recovered' by now. Still in pain (although not as badly), struggling to sleep because I can only lie on my back and stupidly tired! My surgeon did say it might take me up to 3 weeks to recover as he had to do some extra work inside me due to scar tissue, but I'm impatient! Today's RECIPE: Chicken Caesar Salad Tacos by thejoshelkin!! THIS is why we LOVE Keto!! LET'S GO!⁣ 👇⁣ --- INGREDIENTS Taco Filling: 4 chicken tenders OR 1 skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into 4 strips 1/2 lb chopped bacon 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce 2 tbsp garlic powder Taco Shells: 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese Dressing 2 eggs yolks 3 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp anchovy paste 2 tbsp dijon mustard 1/2 cup olive oil Instructions Filling Season the chicken strips (or sliced breast) with salt and pepper. Pan fry for 5 minutes each side. Set aside. Fry the bacon in a pot until crispy. Degrease the bacon, and combine with the garlic powder. Taco Shell Add 1 cup of parmesan cheese to a medium high heat frying pan. Spread the cheese making sure it covers the entire pan. Fry until the cheese starts to crips and bubble. Take the cheese out and form in a taco holder. Dressing Combine the eggs, garlic, worcestershire, shredded parmesan, lemon juice, anchovy paste, dijon mustard and olive oil in a blender. Season with salt and pepper. Assembly Coat the romaine with the caesar dressing. Add the lettuce to the hardened parmesan cheese shell.
