transformationtuesday . I feel like this is my favourite transformation picture in a long time. The picture on the right was right before I joined Slimming world. My full outfit was a size 20 that I by the skin of my teeth fit in to. I remember buying the trousers praying that they would fit because I couldn't find anything else to wear for a family christening. I also had to wear flats because I couldn't deal with heels and my top was super tight on my arms. . . The picture on the left is probably my biggest non scale victory of the year. My entire outfit was a size 14, A SIZE 14! The skirt zipped up perfectly and the shirt didn't even pull across my boobs 🙌 I can't believe how much the gym has changed my body. I weigh the same all year but 100% last year a size 16 skirt would of maybe fit and I definitely would of needed a size 18 shirt. Even my ankle have gotten smaller! These boots used to pinch them so tight now I have wiggle room. 50 days until the new year... 150 meals(if you eat 3 meals a day) I typically do Omad, or 16:8 so could be 50 to 100 meals .. so yes it will be hard to stay committed to this through the holiday season.... . But I rather mess up 3 or 4 (holidays are just so yummy) meals instead of all 150 from now until the start of the new year! Remember... this is a lifestyle chnage and not a prison sentence. One month postpartum! I’ve made it 😊 Pic on the left is 39 weeks pregnant, pic on the right is one month after delivery! Life has been crazy, but a good crazy. I’ve been eating moderately healthy, playing with some foods to see how they affect little R with breastfeeding. My pre-pregnancy weight was 135# and by the end of my pregnancy I settled at 185#. I gained a total of 50# over my 9 month journey! Baby R was born at a healthy 7# 5oz! Thanks to breastfeeding and loss of fluid from swelling I’ve lost around 31#. Now that I’ve gotten the hang (somewhat) of motherhood and my recovery is going well I am getting back into cooking and a nice exercise routine. With food on the brain, a slow routine unraveling with little R, and the colder weather moving in..I can’t wait to post yummy winter recipes and my progress of getting back down to my pre-pregnancy weight! teamviolet Risotto de chorizo olives et tomate (Pour 3 personnes : 6 SP/ personne) Ingrédients 170 g de riz complet 70 g de chorizo en tranches 30 cl de bouillon de volaille 10 olives vertes 5 cl de vin blanc 2 tomates 1 oignon Huile d'olive Sel, poivre 1. Pelez l’oignon et émincez le finement. Faites-le dorer avec d’huile d’olive dans une sauteuse à bords hauts, ou une casserole à fond épais. 2. The picture on my left just popped up in my memories from a year ago!! I remember going to get these surprise photos of me & the girls for my hubby's birthday... I remember feeling self conscious & picking a black shirt cause it makes you look slimmer & then still not feeling confident so I added the white kimono thing because it was big & covered my mid section. I know to some of you it may seem silly but it's not about what you think... it's about how I felt about myself. After having Scarlett my body changed & I wasn't happy about my clothes not fitting & needing to size up. I hope some of you can understand & relate. Now let's talk about the picture on the right. I ordered that dress & when it got to my house I actually had to send it back & get a smaller size. I felt happy & confident. I felt like myself again. It's been almost a year on my smart products & I'm sooo thankful for all the benefits!! I'm about constant adoption, revision and change naturally. I have been through every meal plan, every diet, every type of workout hot can think of I've done over a course of 4 years. Ich hab noch bis einschließlich Freitag Spätdienst, was bedeutet, dass ich ein wenig zu gar nix komme. Deswegen werd ich mich morgen mal früh aus dem Bett bequemen & ein bisschen was angehen. Aufräumen zum Beispiel. Meal-Prep Dosen sind bestellt & kommen Ende der Woche. Ich freu mich irgendwie schon ein bisschen drauf. Bis dahin muss auch der Kühlschrank ausgeräumt werden & Platz geschafft werden. This was taken on Sunday, I’m down 2lbs since last week. Although I feel like I have a change a few things up I have lots of ways to go. My eating habits are improving but definitely not the best. First time making this tonight and OMG it was so good! As I was away at the weekend I didn’t get to do a shop so I’m trying to use up everything in the fridge and cupboards! Actually almost preferred this to my usual salmon!
