Cook food that you are excited to eat.
If I had one message for every person at any stage of their food journey in life, it would be this. Maybe you can't do it every day - sometimes you're in a hurry, your kids have sports, you have a mountain of homework or laundry staring you down, or you're just plain too tired - but as often as your schedule allows, make sure that the food you're cooking is food that you genuinely WANT to eat.

And I know I've posted it before, but here's the recipe for my Taco Ranch Dressing, now with avocado for the #dairyfree crowd. Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth and enjoy the deliciousness.
1/2 c mayo
1 medium avocado
1/4 c water
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp ACV
1 tbsp chili powder, oregano, parsley, & fresh chives
1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, cumin
Salt & pepper, to taste
