Preheat oven to 375F.⁣ 2. Combine all wet ingredients in a blow. Whisk to combine.⁣ 3. In a separate bowl, sift/whisk together the dry ingredients. Slowly add in the went and mix until combined.⁣ 4. Line a circle cake pan with parchment paper and press the dough into it evenly. Place in the fridge for 30 or so minutes to let it firm up a bit.⁣ 5. Remove from the fridge and cut into triangles. Place each triangle on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.⁣ 6. Cream together egg, melted and cooled coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla until smooth. Mix dry ingredients together. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Bake for 15 minutes. Pull the cookies out of the oven and press a few dark chocolate chunks on top while the cookies are still warm. As the chocolate melts, add a few vegan marshmallows on top (i like Dandies). Pop back in the oven until marshmallows are golden (make sure to keep an eye on them so they don’t burn) and edges of cookies are crisp and delicious. Turns out, if you add TWO fillings to thumbprint cookies it makes them TWICE as good 😜 if you don’t believe me, you should make these grain free, gluten free, vegan, SB&J Thumbprint Cookies and see for yourself!⁣ ⁣ 2 cups cassava flour ⁣ ½ cup coconut oil⁣ ⅔ cup coconut sugar⁣ ½ cup sunflower butter (plus extra for filling)⁣ 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣ Preferred jam/jelly of choice, for filling ⁣ ⁣ 1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.⁣ 2. Add all ingredients (except jam) to a food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes, or until combined.⁣ 3. Roll into 16 -18 balls and flatten into a disk shape - they should still be about ½ inch - ¾ inch thick. Next, press your thumb into the top of each disk so there is an indentation for the filling.⁣ 4. Move cookies to the parchment-lined baking tray, and proceed to bake at 350F for 13-15 minutes, or until the edges start to brown.⁣ Let cool completely before handling.⁣ 5. Once the cookies have cooled, fill each with 1-2 teaspoons of sunflower butter and then top with an additional 1-2 teaspoons of your preferred jam/jelly of choice.⁣ 6. RAW SNICKERS BARS BABY 👅🍫 rachaelsgoodeats treats are always unbelievable and these are no exception! 🥜🥜⁣ ⁣ INGREDIENTS⁣ Base⁣ 6 dates⁣ 1/2 cup cashews⁣ 1/2 cup coconut flour⁣ 2 tbsp maple syrup⁣ 2 tbsp coconut oil⁣ 1/4 cup coconut butter⁣ Caramel Layer⁣ 1/2 cup almond butter⁣ 1/4 cup coconut oil⁣ 3 tbsp maple syrup⁣ 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣ pinch sea salt⁣ 3/4 cup peanuts⁣ 🍫 Coating⁣ 1.5 dark chocolate bars⁣ 1 tbsp coconut oil⁣ 1/4 cup chopped peanuts⁣ 1/4 tsp flakey sea salt⁣ ⁣ DIRECTIONS⁣ Base Layer: Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender and pulse until it reaches a dough-like consistency. Line an 8x4 dish (loaf tin) with parchment paper & spread nougat layer into the base evenly using a silicone spatula. Once done, you can place in fridge or freezer while you prepare the caramel layer.⁣ Caramel Layer: combine ingredients (minus peanuts) in a saucepan over the stove on low heat. Let simmer & whisk until mixture has completely liquified, about 2-3 min. Remove from burner and let cool. Pour over the top of the base layer, then pack peanuts over the surface, pressing down very gently with a silicone spatula so the peanuts sink into the caramel. Transfer to freezer immediately to let harden completely for several hours (or overnight!)⁣ Chocolate Coating: Once hard, remove from freezer and transfer the block of layers to a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, slice in half, then in quarters, then again in 1/8th's. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a deep and wide microwave-safe bowl or over the stove until liquid. Using two forks, pick up one frozen snickers bar and lay it flat in chocolate bowl. Gently wipe off excess chocolate and transfer to wire drying rack (over a sheet pan with parchment paper in between). Immediately sprinkle with chopped peanuts + flakey sea salt before choc dries. vegan gingersnap pillow cookies ✨ ⁣ i took my go to cookie scone recipe (aka the only thing i can make) and tweaked it for gingerbread szn. FYI! molasses contains tons of vitamins and minerals and has the lowest sugar content of any sugar cane product. you can throw that stuff in anything.⁣ ingredients: ⁣ 1.5c spelt flour (or sub 2c almond flour but they won’t be as light) ⁣ 2 overly ripe bananas ⁣ 1/2c almond butter ⁣ 1/4c maple syrup ⁣ 1tsp baking soda ⁣ 1tsp baking powder ⁣ 2tbs melted coconut oil ⁣ 3tsp gingersnap spice ⁣ 2.5tbs blackstrap molasses ⁣ cinnamon to taste (i like a lot!)⁣ directions:⁣ set oven to 350. in a bowl mash bananas and add wet ingredients. mix until smooth. in a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. combine and scoop on to pan. bake for 12ish minutes. top generously with melted mycoconutkitchen lemon coconut butter and flaky sea salt. enjoy! ⁣ ⁣ via sammyjaneeason ⁣ ⁣ yumbutter spreadtheyum

The PERFECT recipe to try out our Organic Peanut Butter (and put some of that Halloween candy to good use!) 🎃 ⁣ ⁣ Peanut Butter Cup Cookies⁣ you will need⁣ 1 1/4 cup almond flour ⁣ 3 tbsp coconut flour ⁣ 1/3 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter⁣ 1/3 cup maple syrup ⁣ 1/4 cup coconut oil ⁣ 1 tsp baking soda⁣ 1 egg (can sub 2 flax eggs for vegan option)⁣ 1 tsp vanilla ⁣ 1/4 tsp salt ⁣ 10 peanut butter cups (the mini kind or 7 big ones)⁣ ⁣ directions⁣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together peanut butter (i used crunchy but you can use creamy too!), beaten egg (can sub 2 flax eggs), melted and cooled coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. in a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking soda. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Now, fold in your favorite peanut butter cups - crush/break them up slightly when you add them in. Form dough into 2-3 inch size amounts and place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until peanut butter cups are so melty you could die and cookies are golden brown. SUNDAY MORNING VEGAN FRENCH TOAST 💥⁣ ⁣ Here’s how to make!:⁣ Mix 1/2 cup nut milk + 1.5 tbsp flax meal + dash of cinnamon + and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (i actually also added a little vanilla protein powder!) in a flat container and place in fridge for 5 minutes to set.
