Meal Prep Friday- a really great habit of mine. Over the past year I managed to always meal prep during the weekend which is why it’s implemented in my routine. Of course things like that need time and I would recommend starting with little steps at the time. Maybe drinking more water during a day or eating less chocolate. To create sustainable habits you need to not push to much pressure on yourself and take small steps first.
